Document List for Online/Offline Reporting in NITs/ CFTIs
1. Document for Proof of date of birth / Certificate of Class X
2. Mark sheet of Class XII
3. Photo ID proof as per Govt. of India norms (Adhar card / Voter ID)
4. JAM score card
5. Grade/Mark sheets of qualifying examination for all semesters,if awaited then uptill pre-final semester
6. Degree/Provisional certificate/Course completion certificate
7. Migration certificate
8. Original Conduct / Character Certificate from the Institute/University last attended
9. Provisional Seat Allotment Letter (PSAL) of the finally allotted
10.Online Document Verification Certificate (ODVC)
11.Print copy of the Registration form / CCMN Candidate profile
12.Three passport size color photographs.
Note: - जो स्टूडेंट Final year में है या उनका रिजल्ट अभी Awaited/ Appearing है तो ऐसे सभी स्टूडेंट को Degree/ Provisional certificate, Migration, TC & CC की जरूरत नहीं है, उन्हें केवल Course Completion Certificate बनाना होगा।
